Hail Damage & Paintless Dent Repair
Paintless dent repair (PDR) is a technique that removes dents — including most hail dents — without disturbing the vehicle's original paint, preserving its factory finish.
In most cases, yes. If the paint surface wasn't broken by the impact, PDR can typically restore the panel to its original shape without any repainting. If the paint has cracked, that section usually needs conventional repair and refinishing.
Most hail repairs are completed within 3–5 business days after insurance approval, though timing can vary depending on the extent of the damage.
PDR works the existing metal back into shape from behind the panel and preserves the factory paint. Conventional repair is needed when paint has cracked, metal is torn or heavily creased, or the damage extends into structural areas.
Collision Repair
Collision repair timelines vary based on the severity of the damage, parts availability, and insurance approval. We'll give you a clear estimate after inspecting your vehicle.
Yes, our collision repair services include frame and structural repair, in addition to body, bumper, and paint work.
We document any additional damage found mid-repair and submit a supplement request to your insurer for that work, rather than absorbing it or leaving it unaddressed.
Insurance
Many comprehensive auto insurance policies cover hail damage, but coverage varies by policy and insurer. We recommend confirming your specific coverage directly with your insurance company.
We work with major insurance carriers and can assist with documentation and communication throughout your claim.
That depends on your insurer and policy. This is a question best directed to your insurance agent, since we don't have visibility into your policy's specific terms.
Towing
Yes, towing assistance is available. Give us a call and we'll help coordinate getting your vehicle to our shop.
Some policies include towing and roadside assistance coverage, but this varies significantly. Please confirm your specific coverage with your insurer.
